Diffuser.. what is it?
WHAT IS A DIFFUSER?
Diffuse oils in your house so the whole family can gain the benefits effortlessly! It’s an easy and very effective way to ensure that everyone in the household is gaining from the oils that are put in it each day. I know for me, I was a little foggy on what a diffuser was, how it worked, benefits, and where to use it, so here is a quick break down.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
A diffuser comes in all different shapes, sizes, and colors. It is a device that breaks essential oils down into smaller molecules, dispersing them into the air for a calming or pleasant effect depending on the oil that is being used. There are four main types of oil diffusers on the market right now. Choose your diffuser based on intensity of the effect desired and the limitations of your space. To start, I would purchase one from the company you are getting your essential oils.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
How to operate a diffuser is really very simple. First, take off the lid of the container and fill with water. Second, put 5-10 drops of desired oil in and replace the lid. Third, push the button! SO easy that anyone can use it without any confusion! Diffusers come with different time variations so it might run from 4 hours all the way up to 14 hours depending on the diffuser you choose. Also, there isn’t any worry about making sure you turn it off because it automatically switches off. Plus, you don’t have to be concerned about the safety like you do if you burn a candle. A diffuser runs until the time is up!
WHERE CAN I USE IT?
Using a diffuser can be one of the most effective ways for the whole family to benefit while they are watching TV in the living room, hanging out in the kitchen with you while you make dinner, or doing their homework in their room. Depending on what oil you use to what exact benefits you will get. For a more relaxing and calming effect you might use Lavender but for a more uplifting and motivational effect you might use a citrus oil such as Wild Orange or Lemon! Each oil come with a variety of benefits so a combination of 2 or 3 oils could be even better! Putting more than 1 oil together is a called a blend!
